CRM development for UAE businesses
A pipeline shaped like the way your team actually sells — including the WhatsApp conversation where most UAE deals really happen.
Off-the-shelf CRMs assume email threads and web forms. Here the first contact is a WhatsApp message, the follow-up is a phone call, and the paperwork is a PDF someone photographed. A CRM that cannot hold those is a CRM your team will quietly stop updating — and a half-updated pipeline is worse than none, because people start trusting it.
What you get
- WhatsApp threads attached to the record, not to somebody’s phone
- Stages named after your process, not "Qualified / Proposal / Closed"
- Bilingual documents generated straight from the record
- Reporting that answers what is owed today, not just what closed last quarter
In more detail
A CRM that holds the WhatsApp thread
Attaching the thread is the easy half; the hard half is what arrives inside it. Estate Vault takes it further: an Arabic message pasted in becomes a filled record, digits, units and plot numbers included. Two engines sit behind that, a regex pass and Claude, so the extraction still runs when there is no API key — and a record built by pasting is a record people actually create, which is the difference between a pipeline that is current and one that is fiction.
Stages named after how your team actually sells
Stages get the names your team already uses out loud, because a stage nobody recognises is a stage nobody updates. The same applies to what moves a record between them: chasing runs on a clock rather than on someone remembering, and where a score sets the order of the day, the weights are visible so a salesperson can disagree with it on the evidence.
Bilingual documents generated from the record
A document generated from the record cannot disagree with the pipeline about the number, which is the whole reason to stop keeping templates in a folder. JD PROP AI does this across nine buildings: VAT-correct invoices and clearance letters in English and Arabic, drawn from the lease the system already holds. The Arabic version is generated too, not typed afterwards by whoever is free.
Reporting that answers what is owed today
Which cheque clears this week is a reporting question, and it is the one an off-the-shelf dashboard is worst at. JD PROP AI puts it on one screen covering 364 doors: a cheque calendar, a collection rate of 89.9%, and AED 9.17M of contracted rent — figures the live system produced, stamped with the date they were pulled.
Proof, not a promise

Common questions
Can a custom CRM connect to WhatsApp?
Yes. Inbound messages attach to the customer, unit or job they concern, outbound uses templates that stay inside WhatsApp's own rules, and a handoff to a human carries the whole thread rather than a summary. The record then survives the salesperson leaving, which a history kept on one phone does not.
Do you build CRMs for real estate in the UAE?
Yes. A property group in the Northern Emirates runs nine buildings and 364 doors on JD PROP AI — leases, cheques, VAT and chasing. Estate Vault, which we built for our own deal desk, handles the land-deal side: send a client one link that shows the property and hides the owner, the source, the notes and your commission by an explicit allow-list.
Does the CRM work in Arabic?
Every screen exists in both languages with the layout mirrored, not translated text dropped into a left-to-right design. It is included in the build rather than quoted as an extra, because we do not build the other kind.
What does a custom CRM cost?
Scope decides it, so it is quoted per project in writing after a call rather than off a list. For a CRM what moves it most is how many departments share the data model, whether field staff need an app on a phone, and how much old data has to migrate. You own the result — code, data and accounts.
It boots in your browser and runs the real logic — no form, no sales call.
