Who we are

When you send us an enquiry

If you use the form on the homepage, we receive what you type — your name, your email or phone number, your message and the description you wrote — and the page and campaign link you arrived from, so we know which piece of our outreach reached you.

• We use it only to reply to you, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
• It is stored in our database so our team can see it. We keep the 500 most recent enquiries; older ones are removed automatically.
• If we forward enquiries to our inbox, they pass through our email delivery provider.
• Messages you send on WhatsApp, by phone or by email reach us through those services and are not stored by this site.

Visit counts — no cookies

This site sets no cookies and builds no profile of you. We count visits in aggregate so we can tell which pages and demos are useful:

• the page you opened, the website that linked you (reduced to its domain), your country, and whether you are on a phone or a computer;
• which demo you opened, and the campaign tag in the link if you arrived from one we shared;
• a random visit number kept in your browser tab and deleted when you close it. It lets us count how many people are on the site right now, and it cannot recognise you on a later visit.

Your IP address is not stored for this. Your country is read from it as the page is served, and only counted. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

The homepage headline takes on the colours of your country’s flag. For that, the page asks our server which country you are visiting from, read the same way from your IP address. Only the two-letter country code comes back, and we do not store it.

Security and abuse prevention

To stop automated abuse, some features count how often they are used. They count by a scrambled code made from your IP address, not by the address itself. The code changes every day, and the counts delete themselves within two days.

AI features

When the AI features on this site are switched on, what you type into the pilot, the scoping box or the system builder is sent to an AI provider — Anthropic, Google (Gemini) or Groq — to produce the answer. We do not store it. If you choose to keep a generated system, it is either packed into the link itself, so nothing is stored, or stored for seven days so the link keeps working.

Stored in your browser

The site remembers your light or dark theme, your language and whether you closed the notice bar, in your browser’s local storage. The campaign that brought you, your visit number and your country code are kept only for the length of your visit. You can clear all of it in your browser settings.

Services we rely on

• Vercel hosts the site and runs its functions.
• Upstash stores enquiries, visit counts and the abuse-prevention counts.
• Cal.com provides the booking calendar and WhatsApp carries the messages you send there, each under its own privacy policy.
• AI providers, only while the AI features are switched on.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Some of these providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your enquiry. Write to info@jdsoftwaresolutions.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
