About these terms

These terms apply to jdsoftwaresolutions.com, run by JD Software Solutions, Umm Al Quwain, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Demos and examples

• The demos run on sample data. Figures about our clients are published as aggregates only.
• Systems produced by the builder, readings from the scoping box and answers from the pilot are generated automatically as illustrations. They can be wrong, and they are not a quote or professional advice.
• Price estimates on the site are a guide only. A price is binding only when it is written in an agreement signed by both sides.

Our work is ours

The text, design, code, demos, screenshots and product names on this site belong to JD Software Solutions or to our clients. You may look at them, and use the demos to judge our work. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer or reuse any of it — including to build or sell a similar product — without our written permission. Client names and logos belong to their owners.

Fair use of the site

Please do not:

• send automated or bulk requests, or try to get around the site’s usage limits;
• probe or test the site’s security without our written permission;
• submit anything unlawful, harmful, or not yours to share through the forms or the AI tools.

We may block use that breaks these rules.

Other services

Some links and features use other services — WhatsApp, the Cal.com booking calendar, and websites we built for clients. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that comes from using the site, its demos or its tools.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain.
