What we build
Six things we are asked for by name. Every one of them points at a system we have actually shipped — if we had not built it, it would not be on this list.
Every one of these started as somebody describing a problem in their own words — rent chased across a WhatsApp group, a container whose real cost nobody could name, a screen that read correctly in English and fell apart in Arabic. None of them started as a service we decided to sell.
So each page below names the system we built and links to it. If a claim here is not backed by something running on this site, it should not be on this list. Every one of them is quoted per scope rather than off a list: a thirty-minute call, then one fixed figure in writing with its payment stages.
We are four people in the United Arab Emirates. That means you deal with whoever is building your system, and it means we say no to work that a shelf product already does better.
-
Custom software development
Systems built around how your business actually works, not a template you bend to fit. You own the code, the data and the accounts it runs on.
-
CRM development
A pipeline shaped like the way your team actually sells — including the WhatsApp conversation where most UAE deals really happen.
-
ERP development
Finance, stock, payroll and projects on one data model — with VAT, corporate tax and WPS payroll handled as first-class rules, not plugins.
-
AI automation
Agents that do named jobs — triage, chase, draft, score — and print the reasoning, because "the AI decided" is not an answer you can act on.
-
Arabic & RTL software
Not translated text poured into a left-to-right design. Full right-to-left layout on every screen, every document and every PDF you generate.
-
WhatsApp automation
Your customers already message you there. The work is making those messages land in a system instead of in one person’s phone.
JD Software Solutions — a four-person software studio in the United Arab Emirates. We build the system, hand over the code, and stay on to run it.
